The Polaris water/space heater powers this floor joist system.
A view of the header pipe feeding the 7/8" PEX. The easiest way to run a 3/4" header pipe is along the bottom of the floor joists. If drywall is planned for the basement ceiling, furring strips can be installed along the bottom of the joists and the drywall can be nailed to the furring strips. The next step will be installing the aluminum heat diffusion plates, followed by the radiant reflective barrier.
